OUR OPPORTUNITY
We are looking to hire experienced motivated, self-starting individuals to join our company as outdoor salesmen. Sign on bonus based on experience. High commission, advances on commission, and monthly bonus opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Represent us in a positive and professional manner.
- Canvas door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to generate leads for roofing sales.
- Work company provided leads.
- Create rapport and trust with homeowners.
- Offer Free Roofing Inspection to customers.
- File insurance claims and conduct insurance adjuster meetings.
- Update information on company software
- Travel is required within the Kansas City area.
REQUIREMENTS
• A high school diploma or GED certificate
- Excellent conversational and interpersonal skills
- Door-to-door experience
- Ability to climb roofs
- Active smart phone capability
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Being multilingual a plus!
